rooftop poolfriendly staff
I loved the rooftop pool so much! it was perfect for cooling down after exploring (a refreshing escape, really!). the staff were also super friendly and helpful. They gave me great directions and recommendations.

The location felt so strategic. a bus stop was steps away. Exploring felt easy. staff members greeted me warmly. Their kindness shone.
the greenwashing policies bothered me. it reminded me of cost optimization disguised as environmental concern. seeing limited water in the room felt disappointing.

the staff at reception were helpful they arranged for rooms close to each other. check-in was seamless check-out was also a smooth process. i found a 7-eleven store conveniently located next to the hotel.

great location and rooftop pool

the location is excellent, with easy access to little india and rochor mrt stations. i found plenty of dining options at the nearby tekka centre. i appreciated the rooftop pool (it offered a bit of privacy) and its decent price. the staff was friendly and helpful with directions and attractions.
the room i had was quite noisy. the window was single glazed and did not fully close, i could easily hear all the street noise.

the hotel is close to two metro stations and a 7-eleven is conveniently located next door. little india is also within easy walking distance (a great plus for exploring local culture). bus stops right outside offer additional transport options.

there is a restaurant available, though i did not eat there, i noticed the menu looked to offer a selection of local and international dishes. the tekka centre nearby provides many other choices. 7-eleven next door is also handy for snacks.

the hotel features a rooftop pool, a welcome amenity after a day of exploring the city. the pool provides towels (i found this very useful). the modern bathrooms are clean and well-kept.

the staff are very polite and friendly, and they were helpful with directions and storing luggage (a convenient service). i requested a room change and the staff accommodated it promptly. they provided a map and clear explanations.
